Dudgeon Defenders 2 will release on June 20th as a Free to Play title.

Trendy Entertainment has announced that the action-tower defense RPG Dungeon Defenders II will officially launch on June 20th for the PlayStation 4 computer entertainment system through the PlayStation Store, Windows PC via Steam, and Xbox One through the Xbox Games Store, where it will debut for the very first time.

Marco Busse, Chief Executive Officer, said:

“We’re very excited to finally be able to bring the Dungeon Defenders franchise back to the Xbox platform. Dungeon Defenders II expands on the combination of shared action and tactics that made the original game so enjoyable, and that experience has only continued to evolve as we’ve grown it alongside our incredible community through early access.”

Inspired by some of the best aspects of tower defense games and RPGs, Dungeon Defenders II features classic elements like loot, pets, a variety of heroes to level up and more. Building your defenses is important to surviving against progressively tougher waves of enemies, but executing a strategy together with the other players on your team while fighting actively on the move is just as critical.

Dungeon Defenders II supports single-player and up to four-player online cooperative game modes, as well as local split screen co-op on consoles. The game will be free-to-play across all platforms, supported by in-game purchases like new heroes, costumes, tower skins, pets, inventory space and more.

Dungeon Defenders II is currently available as a Steam Early Access title for Windows PC and is in early access on the PlayStation 4 system. For more information as its official release approaches, visit its dedicated site.

Doodle God Ultimate Edition Game Review

Doodle God is a puzzle strategy game which is known for it’s addictive “in a good way” gameplay. The game has been released a few months ago on Xbox One consoles with exclusive extra content. Doodle God: Ultimate Edition is developed and published by JoyBits, Inc.

Doodle God - 2

Doodle God Ultimate Edition is a strategy puzzle game in which you need to think and combine elements to each other and make the game’s universe. You are basically a god who will make humans, houses, food, life, money, the Earth, energy, and much much more. There are many categories which include a vast variety of elements you need to discover and make by combining them. The game includes a huge variety of quests as well with different themes, for example, you are going to try and help a survivor, who is stranded on an island, another example is that you are going to help Santa deliver the presents to the kids. The main objective of the game is to discover as many elements as possible.

Doodle God - 1.jpg

The Ultimate Edition of Doodle God on Xbox One consoles includes a new planet, new mission modes, and a Multiplayer Tournament Mode in which you can try and beat your friends or random online people on building elements under a timer, the player to complete all elements that they are asked to and be the quickest, wins! The extra content is great and it’s fun to play!

Doodle God - 3.jpg

The game’s technical department is excellent as well. The menus, the audio, the graphics and the controls are pretty good for the game. Everything works like it is supposed to, but it would be nice not hearing the same phrase over and over again like “A spectacular creation” when you create something, there was a huge space for some additional lines.

The only negative part of the game is that some in-game combinations don’t make sense, for example, to create an egg, you need to combine life & stone or snake & snake or dinosaur & dinosaur, so the game has numerous combinations like this.

I give Doodle God: Ultimate Edition an 8/10 as it’s a pretty good game which takes so much time for a player to discover all of the game’s elements, but to find all of them, you will definitely have to visit a wiki guide if you missed something. The game sure has some shortcomings, but they aren’t enough to stop me recommending the game. I strongly recommend it to the puzzle game fans.

Doodle God: Ultimate Edition is now available on Xbox One for 9,99€/$9,99/£7,99. Doodle God is also available but in different versions on Steam, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita and Mobiles. If you want to learn more about Doodle God you can visit the dedicated website of the game.

Micro Machines second gameplay trailer shows the thrills of racing

Codemasters & Koch Media today released the second gameplay trailer for the eagerly anticipated Micro Machines World Series ahead of its release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC via Steam on 23 June 2017. You can watch the miniature mayhem unfold in the second Micro Machines World Series gameplay trailer below:

Chief Game Designer, Gavin Cooper said:

“For the first time in a Micro Machines game, every car has its own entirely distinct personality… and arsenal! Each car gives players a different way to play and enjoy the game, meaning fans of the series will have plenty to sink their teeth into.”

“Players will quickly gain an affinity with a particular vehicle and find it suits their style of play. You can master one vehicle collecting all the 25+ customisations, but then have a whole host of variety choosing and mastering all the other vehicles in the game”.

Each vehicle has a slightly different feel, and even sound, in Micro Machines World Series. Choose from 12 very individual vehicles, from the twitchy but agile rear wheel drive hotrod of El Incendio to the scarily good all-rounder of Hank N. Stein’s monster truck.

Micro Machines World Series also boasts a great mix of classic and new tracks and arenas.

Art Director, Stuart Campbell said:

“New locations like the workshop complement Micro Machines classics like the games room and classroom. Dodging pool balls while trying to shoot a G.I. JOE MOBAT has never looked so good or felt so fun!”

Players will also be able to pick up items on the track in the form of Hasbro branded NERF blasters and NERF power-ups. All these can be deployed in and around Hasbro branded locations including an Ouija board or driving across a Hungry Hungry Hippos battle.

Destiny 2 Gameplay and information unveiled last week

Last week, Bungie and Activision hosted an event in Los Angeles, unveiling to hundreds of fans being there and other millions of people watching at home online, Destiny 2 Gameplay premiere.

In a few words, the Crucible popular mode from the original game will be a 4v4 for every mode, in addition, Trials, Raids, and Nightfall will be also available. The biggest addition to the game is an actual story.

Some of the game features of Destiny 2:

The first gameplay reveals viewers were treated to was a look at Destiny 2’s opening story mission from the campaign, which looks cinematic and inspiring. The scene opens on the initial level ‘Homecoming’ where your Guardian responds to an emergency in the Last Safe City, and to help set the stage, here’s what you need to know going into the campaign:

“Humanity has fallen to an overwhelming invasion force, led by Lord Ghaul, the imposing commander of the brutal Red Legion. He has stripped Guardians of their power and forced the survivors to flee their home. Players will venture out into our solar system to discover an arsenal of weapons and devastating new combat abilities. To defeat the Red Legion and confront Ghaul, they must reunite humanity’s scattered heroes, stand together, and fight back to reclaim our home.”

Strikes are cooperative modes in Destiny optimized for a fireteam of three players as they battle their way through multiple enemies. Strikes will be returning in Destiny 2, and players at the gameplay reveal were treated to a look at one entitled “The Inverted Spire,” which takes place in the new world of Nessus. The enemy Cabal has awoken something deep beneath the surface, and it’s up to you and your fellow Guardians to confront it.

The PVP action in Destiny is home to some of the most intense battles across the cosmos, and Destiny 2 takes it to a whole new level as players engage in new 4v4 battles in The Crucible. At the gameplay reveal, teams engaged each other in an exciting new mode on a brand-new map:

  • Countdown is a new competitive mode where players spawn on either Offense or Defense, and when the round ends you swap sides and roles. The goal is to plant a bomb at the enemy base, and then defend it until it explodes. Each round is worth one point. First team to six wins. To revive a teammate, you must use a revive token. Power weapon ammo is only granted to the one player who pulls it. Working as a team is the key to victory.
  • Midtown is an abandoned part of the City. When the Red Legion invaded, they completely ignored this sector of the City in their takeover. The Legion deemed Midtown was of no tactical importance. Lord Shaxx agrees, which is why it was chosen as a Crucible arena in the first place.

PC players for the first time will be able to play a Destiny game. Destiny 2 will be available for PC with unlocked framerates and better graphics of course and it will be distributed by Blizzard Entertainment’s platform, Battle.net.

If you pre-order the game, you will have access to the game’s beta which will launch this Summer.

In case you missed it, you can watch the full live stream from the event below and if you want more information regarding the game:

Here’s the game’s first opening mission called Homecoming which was revealed during the live stream:

WRC 7 announced and it’s slated for an Autumn release.

Bigben and Kylotonn are pleased to announce the upcoming release of WRC 7, the official video game of the 2017 FIA World Rally Championship (WRC). The game will be available this autumn on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.

With over one million copies sold in the last 2 years, the WRC license will benefit from the experience of the French studio Kylotonn, which will use all of its expertise to develop a more precise, extreme and realistic game. This year, the level of immersion in the FIA World Rally Championship will be even higher.

WRC 7 will put even more emphasis on the dynamic new-for-2017 World Rally Cars, including Thierry Neuville, Dani Sordo and Hayden Paddon’s Hyundai i20 (already 2 victories in 5 events in 2017 for Hyundai Motorsport) highlighted in the trailer called “The Beauty and the Beast”, available now!

This year the World Rally Championship rules have changed, and the cars in which the drivers compete are more powerful and more aggressive. Their new characteristics, enhanced by astonishing aerodynamics and improved handling, will make the rallies even more spectacular. This surge of power experienced while steering and driving with the controller will never have felt so real.

Aggressive, loud and nimble, the WRC 7 cars represent a new challenge for players, who will face off against each other to gain crucial tenths of a second on the Tarmac, dirt, and snow of the 13 rallies in the WRC. Players will have the chance to play as their favorite WRC drivers and cars from the 2017 season, including Sébastien Ogier (Ford Fiesta WRC), Kris Meeke (Citroën C3 WRC) or Jari-Matti Latvala (Toyota Yaris WRC).

The Hyundai i20 Coupe WRC is a 380hp version of the road car, able to reach 60mph in less than 4 seconds. For Hyundai Motorsport, the three-door Hyundai i20 Coupe WRC represents the team’s third new car since its debut in the Championship back in 2014.
