DiRT 5 Latest Gameplay Footage Is Showing Off A Race Around South Africa’s Cape Town

Codemasters has released a new gameplay video for DiRT 5 showcasing a race around a track set in South Africa’s Cape Town.

The British Studio has taken inspiration from the arena-based action in previous DiRT games and created the track offering “close-quarters racing” with jumps, and twisty turns.

DiRT 5 is launching on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on 6th November 2020, with three day early access or Amplified Edition owners starting on 3rd November 2020.

The racing game will also be a launch title for Xbox Series S and Series X launching on 10th November 2020, and the PlayStation 5 version will follow on 12th November for the first set of regions launch and on 19th November for the rest of the world. All Current-Gen owners will be getting a free upgrade of DiRT 5 to the Next-Gen platforms.

Sumo Digital and Sony have released a new trailer for the 3D platformer Sackboy: A Big Adventure which is coming exclusively to PlayStation 5 on launch.

In the new gameplay video, Design Director Ned Waterhouse shares some information on what players can expect from the new 3D platformer powered by the power of PlayStation 5.

Sackboy: A Big Adventure is coming on 12th November 2020 on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla New Story Trailer Offers A Glimpse Of The Narrative

Ubisoft has released a new Story Trailer for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla yesterday, providing a new deeper look on the narrative that players get to experience in the latest Assassin’s Creed game set in the Viking era.

In Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, you are playing Eivor, “a fierce Viking warrior raised on tales of battle and glory. You will explore a dynamic open world set against the brutal backdrop of England’s Dark Ages. You will also raid enemies, grow your settlement, and build your reputation.

Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla is launching on 10th November 2020 on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 4, PC (through Ubisoft store, Uplay+ and Epic Games Store), Xbox One and Xbox Series X (supports Smart Delivery – once you purchase the Xbox One version, you get the Series X edition for free). The PlayStation 5 version of the game will launch when the console will be available on 12th November for selected regions and on 19th November 2020 for the rest of the world.

Xbox Live Games with Gold October 2020

Microsoft has announced the games that will be given to Xbox Live Gold members for the month of October on Xbox One and Xbox 360.

Xbox One users will be able to download Slayaway Camp: Butcher’s Cut from Digerati Distribution on 1st October 2020 available for the whole month until 31st October 2020.

On 16th October to 15th November Xbox Live Gold members will be able to acquire Maid of Sker from Wales Interactive.

The Xbox 360 users (and Xbox One via Backwards Compatibility) will be able to download the Original Xbox Classic Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy from THQ Nordic on 1st October through 15th October and it will be replaced in the next day by THQ’s Costume Quest on 16th October through 31st October 2020.

Xbox Game Pass Line-Up of Games for October on Console & PC – EA Play Is Coming To Game Pass Ultimate on 10th November

Microsoft has announced that EA Play will become part of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on 10th November 2020, allowing Game Pass Ultimate subscribers to access a rich vault of EA games, game trials on existing and latest games.

Microsoft has also announced a new set of games arriving to the Xbox Game Pass service on October across Xbox One consoles, PC and Android with the use of xCloud.

Elite Dangerous Horizons DLC Expansion Will Become Free Next Month Across Consoles and PC

Frontier Developments has announced today that the critically acclaimed space exploration game Elite Dangerous will receive an expansion free for everyone.

The Horizons DLC which was previously and still is (until 26th October) a paid expansion will become a free update for everyone on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on 27th October 2020.

The developer will be providing a free spaceship Azure painjob that can be applied to all spaceships, for those who purchased or will purchase the DLC expansion until the last day of sale “as a huge thanks for those who purchased Elite Dangerous: Horizons over the past four years”.

Yakuza: Like A Dragon Is Launching Soon On Current-Gen and Xbox Series X – PS5 Version Coming In March 2021

RGG Studio and SEGA have announced the final release dates for the upcoming open-world turn based brawler Yakuza: Like A Dragon.

Yakuza: Like A Dragon will be releasing worldwide on Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X, PlayStation 4 and PC through Steam earlier than planned on 10th November 2020.

The game will support the Smart-Delivery program for Xbox meaning Current-Gen owners of the game can get a free upgrade over Series S and X and it will also support Cross-Save.

The PlayStation 5 version of the game will launch on 2nd March 2021, with a free upgrade option for the PS4 owners of the game, however the saves will not be transferable for the platform.

Dynasty Warriors 9 Empires Is Coming In 2021

Koei Tecmo has announced that Dynasty Warriors 9 Empires will be coming to current-gen and next-gen consoles for Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch and PC in 2021, taking the 1 vs. 1000 gameplay action from 2018 Dynasty Warriors 9 and mixing it with strategic elements.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Season Six Is Available Now Across All Platforms

Infinity Ward and Activision have released Call of Duty: Modern Warfare‘s Season Six featuring new Multiplayer modes, maps, weapons and a new set of items on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.

The Warzone map is getting expanded with a brand-new Underground Subway Station where you an travel around Verdansk quicker using that system.

Season Six included Four brand-new Multiplayer maps – Station for Gunfight, a 6v6 and 10v10 map Mialstor Tank Factory, Verdansk Riverside for Ground War and lastly a 6v6 map Broadcast which is making a return from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.

Developer Toylogic and Square Enix have announced recently the release date for NieR Replicant, the remake of the 2010 original game with a new story trailer.

The remake of NieR Replicant ver1.22474487139… includes re-worked gameplay, updated animations, new graphics and visuals and as well as new voice-acting including the cast of the original title.

Nier Replicant invites players “into a dark, apocalyptic world as they join a brother’s captivating quest to cure his sister of a deadly disease – a quest which will, in turn, make them question everything.”
